01. What’s the cost?
Since each trip is highly personalized for you, we’ll send you an official quote after our initial consultation. If you already know where you’d like to stay, the Mozza Hotéis is always free!
02. Why are hotel reservations through Mozza Hotéis free of charge?
When you book through a travel agency, we receive a commission from the hotel. This means you don’t pay anything extra! That is one of the ways travel agencies sustain their business. The planning fee is only charged for services that don’t generate commission.
03. Will I pay more if I book a hotel with Mozza Travel than if I book it on my own?
Most of the time, the cost will be EXACTLY the same as if you booked on your own. In some cases, it may be slightly higher, but the difference is usually minimal and the exclusive benefits more than make up for it. If you prefer, we can also book the standard rate you find elsewhere, without the added benefits.
04. What if I’ve already booked my hotel?
No problem! Get in touch with us at mariana.iuata@fora.travel and we’ll check if it’s possible to transfer your booking. This means we’ll be added as the responsible travel agents and you’ll still enjoy exclusive benefits at no extra cost.
05. Do you book flights?
Yes. It’s important to note that there may be an additional fee for this service.
06. Do you make restaurant reservations?
Yes, we make restaurant reservations exclusively for Mozza VIPclients. For Mozza Essencialplan, this service is not included. With Mozza VIP, we take care of all the reservations and, in addition, you also receive personalized recommendations.
07. When should I get in touch?
It depends on the destination and type of trip, but ideally you should contact us 6 to 12 months in advance. We always recommend: the earlier, the better! This way, we can secure the best hotels, tours, and exclusive experiences.
08. What is the best payment method? Can I pay in installments?

09. What’s the difference between Mozza Essencial and Mozza VIP?
The biggest difference lies in curation and personalization.:
For Mozza Essencial, you get hotel bookings, tours, and transfers arranged by us, and you fill in the rest of the trip as you prefer.
For Mozza VIP, in addition to what is already included in the Essencial, we also book your flight and make restaurant reservations, along with exclusive activity suggestions for your free time.
