01. What’s the cost?
Since every trip is highly personalized for you, we will send an official quote after our initial conversation. If you already know where you'd like to stay, Mozza Hotéis is always free!
02. Why are hotel reservations through Mozza Hotéis free of charge?
When you book through a travel agency, we receive a commission from the hotel. This means you don’t pay anything extra for our services. It’s one of the ways travel agencies are compensated.
03. Will I pay more if I book a hotel with Mozza Travel than if I book it on my own?
Most of the time, the cost will be EXACTLY as if you booked on your own, sometimes even cheaper. If, in rare cases, it's slightly higher, the difference is usually minimal, and the exclusive perks far outweigh that extra amount. If you prefer, we can also book the standard rate you find, without including the benefits.
04. What if I’ve already booked my hotel?
No problem! Get in touch with us at atendimento@mozzatravel.com.br and we’ll check if it’s possible to transfer your booking. This means we’ll be added as the responsible travel agents and you’ll still enjoy exclusive benefits at no extra cost.

Yes. It’s important to note that there may be an additional fee for this service.
06. Do you make restaurant reservations?
Yes, we make restaurant reservations exclusively for Mozza Exclusiveclients. For Mozza VIP e Essencialplan, this service is not included. With Mozza Exclusivewe take care of all the reservations and, in addition, you also receive personalized recommendations.
07. When should I get in touch?
It depends on the destination and type of trip, but ideally you should contact us 11 to 5 months in advance. We always recommend: the earlier, the better! This way, we can secure the best hotels, tours, and exclusive experiences.
08. What is the best payment method? Can I pay in installments?
We accept PIX and all major credit cards. Trip planning begins once payment confirmation is received.
09. What is the main difference between Mozza Exclusive and Mozza VIP?
The biggest difference lies in the luxury experience and the level of support:
